We have two beautiful desk spaces available in our freshly renovated shared studio, designed with artists, designers, and independent makers in mind in the North Laines.

We have fast broadband, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave. 24hr access (although note there are residents in the building) and it is only a 5 minute walk from Brighton station.
While these spaces are not suitable for large scale, noisy or very messy work, they would suit an illustrator, small scale artist, a small scale maker or a designer.
£250pcm including bills
