We have one beautiful desk space available in our freshly renovated shared studio, designed with artists, designers, and independent makers in mind in the North Laine.

We have a part time desk space available in our light and cosy shared studio. Available weekly Sunday to Thursday
£180 per month inc bills
Available from 1st February 2026.
We have fast broadband, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, 24hr access (although note there are residents in the building) and it is only a 5 minute walk from Brighton station.
While these spaces are not suitable for large scale, noisy or very messy work, they would suit an illustrator, graphic designer, copy writer, small scale artist or maker.
